How are steps counted?
Qadam uses your phone's built-in step counter (pedometer sensor). You don't need any external device or fitness band.
Who can join a family group?
Anyone with the Qadam app can join a family group. There is no age restriction, but we recommend parental supervision for children under 13.
How do we receive the grocery coupon?
When your family qualifies, the coupon code appears inside the app for the Family Head (the person who created the group). They choose the store and the code is displayed for use.
What if I leave or am removed from a family?
You can rejoin or create a new family after a short cooldown period (until midnight). Your personal step history is preserved.
Is my data safe?
Your data is stored securely on Google Firebase. We never sell your personal data to third parties. Read our Privacy Policy for full details.
